Today was an odd day. It started out like every other day of classes. The usual grind and rush to class, the long, drawn out lectures and the hand of sleep reaching down and messing with my concentration, the hateful day of school and work. During the lecture I heard whispering voices from behind me. Oddly enough when I turned to look behind me there was no one there. I just dismissed it as someone messing with me. Most of the kids here don’t like me for some reason. At least I have my good friend Mitra. She is the one who keeps me alive and going.
